Follow these rules and you won’t have problems. Disobey the rules and meet the unpleasant consequences.

To make KrakylForum a safe, fun and pleasent place to be, we have some rules that you have to follow. We would like you to read them, and have them in mind when you are at KrakylForum.

Note that these rules can be subject to change. We find it your own responsibility to check back every now and than to see if things have changed.

Do not!
Discriminate in any way.
We don’t allow discrimination in any form. This includes race, beliefs and sexual attraction (as long as it is legal). You might not like things or maybe you are brought up in a way that taught you certain things are wrong. Others might not share your ideas. Either way: you may disagree but you have to respect the ideas of others.

Post in other languages than English.
A lot of our members are from non-English speaking countries. It’s nice that you know more languages, but we don’t want people to feel left out because they can’t read what you are saying. This rule excludes the occasional comment or posts in your diary, but use other languages in moderation, it's not polite for other members.

Give rude comments.
Other people might have different beliefs than you do. They might like different pictures, or font colours, or have different political ideals. Basically, everyone is different. Deal with it. And deal with it in a nice way.

Flame others.You may disagree with other members, but you will keep it to an acceptable level. No fighting or yelling (typing in ALL CAPS) at each other. Remember, you are debating ideas -- criticising the person stating them in any way is not acceptable.

Posts
Read the posting guidelines. They will tell you exactly what is, and what isn't allowed in your posts. In general: use your sense. If you don't want your parents, colleagues or boss to see, then don't post it here either.

Images
You are allowed to post images/photographs on DarkMark. You can post them directly using the image tags, or only give the link to the picture.

Avatars and Signatures:
You are allowed to have your own avatar and your own signature. The avatar is the little picture right under your account name. The signature is the text/picture that shows up under your post.

Size

Avatars
The maximum size set by the board is 110x110 pixels. You can choose something smaller if you want to. To avoid avatar stretching, you may type in manually the actual dimensions of your picture (e.g., 100x100).

Signatures
should be no larger than 550x150. Don’t make your signature too wide; it will stretch out the page and it is very annoying.

Remember, people are here to read your posts, not to look at your signature.
